Can Original Joy-Con Work on Switch 2?

Original Joy-Con can pair wirelessly with Switch 2, but cannot attach to or charge from the Switch 2 console body.

How to check or set it up

Charge the original Joy-Con using a supported original Switch charging path.
Pair it wirelessly with Switch 2 through Change Grip/Order.
Do not try to attach it to the Switch 2 body or assume the HOME button wakes that console.
